How do sessions work?
All 1:1 sessions are conducted remotely via video call. You’ll receive a booking link and preparation guidance after we connect.
What should I expect in a session?
Come as you are. We’ll explore what’s present for you, identify where blocks are stored, and begin clearing at the root. No preparation needed beyond showing up ready to go deep.
Do you work with people outside of the US?
Yes. Sessions are conducted online and available globally.
How do I know which session is right for me?
